Takapuna Beach Cup 2024

Friday 16th-Sunday 18th February 2024 – Takapuna

A long-standing favourite race for Maitahi paddlers and one that attracts crews from all over the world. In the vibrant surroundings of the North Shore you can enjoy (?!) Iron distance races but the biggest attraction for many crews is the change race that circumnavigates Rangitoto. It takes a bit of organising but it is an incredible experience.

Race Entries

Although most sanctioned races require you to enter through the club/WANZ, you can enter directly through the race organisers for Takapuna Beach Cup. Entries are already open and you can enter here.

It would be useful from a club perspective if you could let Tony Davies know if you are racing as there might be opportunities to coordinate training, travel etc with other crews.
